Who we are
CustomTShirtsColumbus.com is operated by Custom TShirts Columbus, 4421 Kabarda Way, Hilliard, OH 43026, (614) 401-0709. By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms.
Ordering and minimums
We have a 10-item minimum per product. You may mix any sizes and colors of that product to reach 10. For example, 3 pink medium, 6 green large, and 1 blue 3XL of the same shirt is a valid order of 10. One design per product.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by one.
Your artwork and your rights
When you upload artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to have it printed. You agree that Custom TShirts Columbus is not responsible for any claim arising from artwork you supply.
We can't print artwork that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, that is hateful or harassing, that promotes violence or illegal activity, or that is sexually explicit. If we can't print your file for one of these reasons, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
You keep ownership of your artwork. We may show finished work in our portfolio or on social media unless you ask us not to. Just say the word and we won't.
Colors and materials
Screen colors vary from device to device, and printed color can differ slightly from what you see on your monitor. Garment colors and availability come from our suppliers and can change. If a color you ordered becomes unavailable, we'll contact you with options before printing.
Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay through Shopify Payments.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
