Production time
Most orders are printed within 3 to 5 business days. Large or rush orders may vary. We'll tell you before we start if your timeline is tight. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Free local pickup, Columbus OH
Pick up your order in the Columbus area and skip shipping entirely. Choose Local Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready in 2 to 4 business days, and we'll email you the moment yours is ready with pickup instructions.
Shipping
We ship via USPS. Live rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order, so you always see the real cost, never a padded flat fee. Tracking is emailed on every order the day it ships.
Typical transit times after production:
- Ohio and neighboring states: 1 to 3 business days
- Rest of the continental U.S.: 2 to 5 business days
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you need an order sent internationally, email us and we'll quote it manually.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to cover reshipping costs for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you and reship it once you cover the second shipping charge.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a package is with USPS, delivery timing is out of our hands. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, email Support@CustomTShirtsColumbus.com and we'll help open a claim and get you taken care of.
