How many colors can I include in my design?

As many as you want! We offer unlimited colors at no extra cost. Whether your design is a simple monochrome logo or a full-color photograph with complex gradients, the price stays exactly the same.

Do I have to buy in bulk?

We have a 10-item minimum per product — and you can mix any colors and sizes within it. Whether you need a dozen shirts for a birthday party or 5,000 for a major event, we've got you covered.

What kind of file should I upload for the best results?

For a crisp, professional finish, we recommend uploading high-resolution files (300 DPI) in PNG or JPG format. If you're using a PNG, make sure your background is transparent so only your design gets printed!

Can I return or exchange my custom item?

Because each item is made specifically for you with your unique design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an issue with the print, we’ll make it right immediately. Please double-check our Size Guide before ordering!

How do the sizes run?

Our apparel features a modern, retail fit that is generally true to size. To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend grabbing your favorite shirt from home, measuring it, and comparing it to the dimensions in our Size Chart located on the product page.
