What customization options are available?

Our custom apparel & other products offer a range of options including size, color, design placements, and the ability to add personalized graphics or text.

How long will it take to get my custom order?

We know you’re excited to see your design come to life! Most custom orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow it right to your door. We also offer free local pickup to help you save time and money!

Do you have any other items available?

Yes! To simplify the shopping experience for most customers, we've narrowed our selection down to the best sellers, but if you'd like a full catalog of items available, visit: wholesale.customtshirtscolumbus.com.

Still can't find what you're looking for? Email us at Support@CustomTShirtsColumbus.com so we can help you find something you like!

How many colors can I include in my design?

As many as you want! We offer unlimited colors at no extra cost. Whether your design is a simple monochrome logo or a full-color photograph with complex gradients, the price stays exactly the same.

Do I have to buy in bulk?

We have a 10-item minimum per product — and you can mix any colors and sizes within it. Whether you need a dozen shirts for a birthday party or 5,000 for a major event, we've got you covered.

What kind of file should I upload for the best results?

For a crisp, professional finish, we recommend uploading high-resolution files (300 DPI) in PNG or JPG format. If you're using a PNG, make sure your background is transparent so only your design gets printed!

Can I return or exchange my custom item?

Because each item is made specifically for you with your unique design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an issue with the print, we’ll make it right immediately. Please double-check our Size Guide before ordering!

How do the sizes run?

Our apparel features a modern, retail fit that is generally true to size. To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend grabbing your favorite shirt from home, measuring it, and comparing it to the dimensions in our Size Chart located on the product page.
